Best options to extend the range of my base station?

Wifi Extender or a second Base Station ?

And what i have to do to connect those options

Since the base stations must plug in to the router or wifi range extender with a wired ethernet cable, you will need both. For the best long term operation I would recommend a mesh router system. I chose to use the Netgear Orbi with two satellites and a base station plugged into each one. But using wifi extenders is cheaper.
