I have Arlo in my home and I've purchased Arlo Pro for my business.  What is the best pratice for controlling 2 seperate Arlo base station systems in 2 seperate phyical locations?     Do you use the same user id for both or setup seperate user IDs?   Can 1 mobile device control both?

Up to 5 cameras can use the same account to get the 7 day free cloud storage.

If the two location have 5 or less cameras then you just set them up using the same account details.

If more than 5 cameras then set up the second location using a different account and grant access between the two systems.

 

In both instances above you will be able to view/control all cameras using the same mobile device.
