Have replaced battery several times ....the batteries are fully charged but the camera keeps saying need to replace. Have synchronized get blue flashing light . Have even taken camera offline and back on .....still no change.

does the camera function with the battery removed and just on ac adapter ?

If the camera won't work on AC power you have a hardware problem. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
