Battery not charging

Why won't my camera work if the battery won't charge? Power is connected and on and synced. I have multiple cameras and this is the only one not working

  1. Does it work if you remove the battery (but still connect the charger)?
  2. Also, have you tried swapping batteries with another camera? Does the problem stay with the camera, or move with the battery?
