I have the Arlo Pro. I been having a battery problem. I put it on the charger for 4-6 hours. Every time I tried to connect to my base. It says need to change battery.. I never had a problem with it until now. What should I do?

Have you tried removing the battery and reinserting it?

Yes I have. Does it blink when it’s charging?

I am having battery problems. They are lasting about three weeks or so. They are not set up to record anything at this time, so I know it is not because they are going off all the time. The base may be a little far from some of the cameras, but the one next to it seems to have the same problem.

The only time the LED blinks is when first connected and then will turn on when fully charged if enabled in Settings, My Devices, your camera, Camera LED. A charge should only take ~2.5 hours.

 

For the change battery message, try restarting your base.
