I've had this system for less than week.  I've installed it, but one of the batteries is DOA.  It will not charge.  I do not see any lights on the camera when I try to charge it and it will not sync.  I notified Costco, and they will take the whole system back, but it seems kind of silly for me to take everything down, put it in a bag and take it back just for one battery. 

 

The battery should be under warrantee.  Is there any way I can get it replaced under warrantee?
