Base was working but stopped connecting with computer or iphone

I am having issue, was wrking and stap connecting with computer or iphon  I'm trying to conect with the base and it's not conecting, This has been extremely frustrating features isn’t working. I have done all trouble shooting possible and the problem isn’t fixed. This isn’t an issue with our end it started happening after the last update. Right after the mobile app changed I noticed the “AC not connect zones disabled” message.

Are the cameras AC powered?  If they aren't, you need a smart subscription to use activity zones.
