I cannot see live camera and am notified that base station is offline. Arlo confirm it is offline. I am remote from location but a neighbour confirms the internet LED on base station is amber (showing offline) and my house wifi is functioning. BUT I receive regular motion detection notifications from my cameras - but cannot see any recordings??
Now in my opinion that means the system is not really offline. Can someone explain that?
Probably Arlo will suggest I do a reset. Probably Arlo did an 'upgrade' that corrupted the software?
I cannot do a reset for 1 month (when I am at location) so it is compromising my security.
Why don't Arlo fix the problem at their end and do a patch to their software upgrade?
Is anybody else experiencing this issue (since 5th May in my case).
