This is the third time I have had this problem with Arlo Pro in two months. I have friends in the same complex with the same internet provider and it has never happened to them. My arlo keepsing going off line and simple power cycles do not work. Last time a few factory resets didn't not even work. I got an IT expert in to go over everything, take it to his home, reset on another network for it to get sorted. I do not want to keep doing this. How can I get back online and stop my base station from going off line

Contact Support and open a ticket. Perhaps there's something going on with the server side of your account. Perhaps your base station is faulty. They'll get you sorted

Thank you Steve.

Did that last time (and this time, but no response this time). They were not able to help me and gave me steps that could only be done if the base station could be found. I got an IT expert over last time to sort it out. This time I can finally remove it and reset it up, but I don't want to do this every month.
