Base station not working/ not being detected on app. Orange internet light.

Base station not detected I’ve tried everything thing the light is mostly power:orange Internet:no colour camera:no colour I’ve even tried to rest it nothing happens please help.

A steady Amber power led suggests the base station is trying to boot up.

Try unplugging the power adapter from the wall for 20mins in case it’s overheated.

If not try a factory reset to see if can be recovered.

I’ve tried unplugging I know that amber power means it’s booting up I’ve waiting over 35 minutes countless times.The factory never seems to work I hold the pin there for 10 seconds nothing happens

Can you return it to where it was purchased to get it replaced or chase arlo support for a warranty replacement.
