Base station disconnects from the internet

Hi I setup my Arlo Base station and 4 cameras 2 days ago. Since then the base station constantly looses internet connection after about an hour. After pluging the LAN cable out of switch and the back in Internet is active again.

All other computers are not loosing connection so it must be the Arlo base station that is doing something.

Please help

What makes you think it's losing its internet connection?

The Internet light on the base station is yellow and on the app it says the base station is offline

Rather than disconnecting the LAN cable and plugging it back in again, have you tried restarting the base station?

Yes I have restarted the Base station as well, alos tried to restart the router and also restart both at the same time, but problem persists

It could be an issue with either the base or the router.  The amber LED indicates connection to the router but not the servers.  Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
