Base station can’t connect to homekit

Hi, 

I’ve been struggling to connect my Arlo BaseStation to HomeKit, and I’m stuck on connecting the bridge, I’ve tried a factory reset, to no avail. Previous threads mention that a token reset helped with this issue. Is there anyway to do this?
