I only had 2 out of my 5 cameras working and the others cameras stated that my base station was offline. I confirmed that the base station was receiving power and the internet signal was good. I powered down and back up and it didn't work. I followed every instruction online including the reset but the base station would not come back on line. I had the 2 led on with the 2nd one blinking 4x every now and then through the complete process. I removed all cameras and I still couldn't get it to come back on line. I then removed all devices " base station" and i still can't get it to come online. So now i have no devices and I can't add the base station or cameras. Any recommendations?

Praise God i was able to get it all back on-line. I powered everything down for 1 minutes. Did a hard reset for 2 mins, which felt like forever and i was able to claim the base and then the cameras.
Thanks

Have same problem since 2 days, tried everything in recommended troubleshooting 4-5 times. Still can't add anything back. nor the mobile app or the online version works. Had it working fine for 2 years. I can sync the camera to the station, all 3 ligths are green but still can't connect so no use. Did Arlo stop supporting arlo pro maybe? time for a new system from someone else? tips please!

3 green LEDs implies the system is still up and working. Start by ensuring all devices in Settings, My Devices have been removed. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot to green LEDs for power and Internet - the Camera should be off or solid amber. Claim the base and sync the cameras normally.

Tried that 5 times, as i wrote iv'e tried EVERYTHING from the manual and FAQ and some "moves" from users 🙂 . Thanks for trying but i think it's broken, supposed to last like a year and a half i think. If my mobile or computer can't find it maybe i can get a new base and use the 2 cameras, pro cameras work with base pro 2 i think, and they are still in sale.

Hi rtuttle2 and finnstuga,
If you're still having problems after what jguerdat mentioned above, try following this article to see if this helps: Arlo can't discover my SmartHub or base station during installation; what do I do?

tried that too, the thing is the base station seems to work fine, i can even sync the cameras and it finds it (telling by the led's, that is) but still can't connect to ARLO, no device is found on the mobile app or the login online version. spent more hours trying to get it to work than it's worth by now :-). maybe it's still recording to my external USB drive, but how can i tell? (tried to disconnect that too btw) . Sad, because i think the 2 cameras is still ok and i hate to throw things away. Thanks for trying to help anyway 🙂
