Base station VMB4000 won't connect to Apple Homekit

My base station is stuck on the "Discovering your device. Please wait." when trying to add to Homekit. The firmware is up to date. The cameras all function as expected. But they just won't connect to the Homekit. Based on the discussions I've read, it would appear that I need Arlo to send a "token request" to my Arlo VMB4000 base station. Is this the best way to request that? Thank You.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
