Base Station is not discovering from my mobile or laptop

i have purchased arlo pro from amazon india,

my base station not discovered,

even i am in same network, 

my base station showing 3 green light ...

Have you tried to go into the Device section of your app and tried adding your devices?

You must add the base station first then add the cameras. If that doesn't work then here is an article that may help you.
