Base Station Is Not Working After Update

Tried last base station update from remote. Never worked. Started saying base station not connected. Now I’m at the base station site. Ran update. Said latest version. Now won’t connect. Power light comes on green. Internet light comes on green. Then both go off and power light goes yellow. Then goes off. Then starts same cycle. I tried to reset. Got base station to recognize. But couldn’t connect wireless cameras. Any ideas?

Have you tried to reboot the base station manually & test again?

Did you perform a factory reset or did you reboot the base station?

I used the reset on the app.

Something is broken, either the power supply or base. Open a case wit support:
