Audio Settings missing on Arlo Pro Wireless

Hi, I've recently purchased the Arlo Pro Wireless camera setup, and for the life of me I can't find the audio settings anywhere. Can't find two-way audio, and under "video and audio settings" there's only video settings.

 

It also appears that in the recordings, no audio is recorded. or at least I'm not hearing it on playback.

 

Any ideas?

First, under SETTINGS, ( of the camera ) there is and AUDIO line...click on the ">"

This will open up the toggles for MIC and SPEAKER...these are on/off toggles for the mic/speaker, but if speaker is selected, you can set the level

 

The adjustments for mic trigger level is in the MODE settings ( if audio is detected )

 

To acess the Mic, you have to be in the Live View window,... you click on the mic and a pop-up window appears for a push-to-talk button.

Speaker is toggle on/off from live view

 

BTW, Audio is only recorded only on the incoming side ( from Q mic ) into the recordings not the out-going side ( you speaking ) on videos

At least it was this way a while back when I tested, not sure if it was fixed/changed.

Are you sure you have the "Pro" system? It sounds like you may have the original Arlo Wire-Free system if you are only seeing Video settings as these cameras do not have audio capability. What is the model number for your system?
