I have 3 houses. Each has its own hub. All 3 hubs are on one account. With the previous plan I had for 2 houses, I could easily set the mode arm/disarm for each house. Now after adding the 3rd house, I had to up my plan cost and I have lost the ability to arm/disarm undividual hubs.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the account?  Or do you see "Library" instead?

"Library" should work as it did before.

With "Feed" the only way to get independent control is to set up three locations (one for each home).  Then you can control the cameras at each home using the three built-in modes.  Note the idea with "Feed" is that you are controlling the cameras at the location - a bit different from controlling the the hubs.  Unfortunately you need one subscription per location.  Though if you have some Pro/Pro2 cameras at some homes, you could possibly drop the subscription for those, and just use the free 7-day cloud storage that came with the legacy cameras.  Note there is still a limitation of 5 unsubscribed cameras per account to get the free storage.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. Guess I am skunked. I only have feed, not library. It is sad that now that I upgraded my Arlo package, I have lost the ability to arm/disarm a house (hub) individually. May be time to ditch Arlo after many years.

As I said, you can arm/disarm houses independently.

  • How many cameras do you have?
  • How many of these cameras need a subscription?
  • How many locations did you set up in the account?
