Just recharged my batteries. When I install them back into the camera the blue light blinks once and then stops. Each battery has a charge of 4.15 V. Any ideas?

why do my recording times change for the same camera?

I set a recording time in my app of 44 seconds, yet I notice that when I look in the app and playback the videos, some are 17 seconds long, others oare 12 seconds.... but not 44 seconds... How is this possible?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
