I have the VMB 4000 base station, it won't let me save it up above... I've had recent internet issues with my provider, I just finally got this fixed, my base station is still unable to connect to the internet, I've unplugged it, reset it several times and it will will not connect .. What can I try now to get this up and running again.

Here is a link for troubleshooting Arlo systems:

If that doesn't work, contact support at the link further down on this page.

Thanks Brian, I tried most of those options none seemed to work for whatever reason, I just ended up going on to my account and deleting all devices and starting new like I just bought the system.

@Davidb2,

I had a long day and am pretty tired right now, but a couple of things off the top of my head. Be sure that all the ports are open that the article suggested as they are often blocked by the provider. For now stay on the 2.4ghz band and try moving the base station around to see if interference is causing the problem. Place the base at least 8 - 10 feet away from your router. Interference might not only come from your home but with so many devices using the 2.4 ghz channel it could also be coming from your neighbors wifi.

For help on this forum pe as precise as possible with your descriptions and the results of what you have tried.

As a starter, what is going on with the LEDs on the base station?

What system do you have and how many cameras?

Have you tried setting up by logging into your account on the computer?

What phone system are you using?

If I fall asleep there are several guys on here that are very knowledgeable and will help you shortly.

Does that mean you're all up and running now, Davidb2?
