Arlo - will changing phones affect anything?

I changed phones will this effect. My cameras I had to download all my apps including Arlo I have a terrible lag and now half of them won't pick up but my email still sends when motion is detected

It shouldn't i have switched phones twice no issues

I still get emails when it detects motion but when someone comes to my door my app does not alert me

Check the settings. Three dots upper right and make sure its on . also could be in your phone settings

Make sure push notifiacations is checked and don't forget to save. It sounds like something simple
