Arlo system will not connect with new phone cellular data but works fine on WiFi

Help my system will not connect with my new phones data. I have the same provider and same plan just a new phone. System works fine with WIFI. I have re-set everything, removed the camers and re-synced still not working with my phone data. The system still works for my boyfriend perfect so it must be my data, what do I do?
I know what I don't do, call ARLO support who said it was my WIFI and my computer and I would never be able to use ARLO again unless I paid them money to clean the system and set up their firewall... Joke it is working on my boyfriends phone and it works on my WIFI... issue is my Data and all ARLO wanted was to do a fake fix for money. Very disappointed in ARLO so come on community - HELP

It appears you phoned a fake Arlo Support number and there are several spam websites if you Google for Customer Support. Here is where you can find the real Arlo Customer Support number:

Now, as to your problem, who is the primary Account holder? What do you mean precisely when you say Arlo will not work with your phone?

I have been trying to research this and am not finding anything that helps. If I understand you correctly, when you are home and connected to your home wifi the phone is able to use the app corectly, but when you leave home and go to cellular, you cannot connect to the app, correct? What model of new phone did you purchase? Is cellular turned on for the Arlo app?
You might need to phone the REAL Arlo support at the link that I provided above. If you scroll down that page it will ask what country you are in and after selecting your country it will show the real phone number to call.
