Arlo sends pushes to unknown LG phone???

We recently changed our internet provider and as we were updating our Arlo cameras Arlo was sending us messages that as we tried to get our phones updated with the cameras that they sent a push notice to an unknown LG phone (we have had Samsung phones for a good while now).  It seems this LG phone is the only one with authority to delete  other access devices.  I followed all the instructions to remove unwanted access but nothing shows up in the "access" section of settings.
