One of our 4 brand new Arlo pros won't charge.

Swap batteries around to see if it's the camera or battery. Some cameras seem to have an issue with the contacts and need the battery to actully be pushed and held to make contact. Either way, battery or camera, your choices are to swap at the store or to open a case with support here.
