Had Arlo pro for 2 weeks went offline 2 times called Arlo support women said a technician had to clean the internet for $50.00 dollars anyone had this problem Arlo rep was nasty.

Most likely not Arlo. Scams like this have been around for a while. Visit the support page, contact info. If you just Google Arlo support number, you will not get it. You may get a host of sites wanting to take control of your computer and/or sell you "cleanings"and shlock anti-viral software.
