Arlo pro not getting notifications when not home on same wifi

Not getting notifications, when not home on same wifi. When I'm home I get double notification but my phone doesn't vibrate anymore heckled all settings on phone already galaxy s9

Hey @Nycinter,

 

Just to make sure, are you saying you're not receiving notifications when connected to your WiFi? Are you receiving notifications just fine through cellular data? Make sure you are also running the latest Arlo app and Android OS.
