Arlo pro mount and solar panel

Hi. I just bought the solar panel. With help from another arlo pro user I was able to get it plugged in and hanged up on the mount. Im writing with a request. I had to take the nut part off, the piece that tightens the camera to the mount to get the solar panel plugged in . I requesting that the nut part be remade so this product can work with out having to take pieces off. The arlo team really didnt think this part over when the panel attatchment was made. Im excited to have the solar panel on. I hope i wont evet have to take it down to charge again. I have a picture but Im unable to attatch it on this email. I did post it on your Facebook page.
