Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that changes the behavior?

I uninstalled the arlo secure app. I than reinstalled the app. No change, library is still buffering.

I would also reboot the phone as well as try a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to check for any differences.

@Joe1026 - maybe try rebooting your router as well.
