Arlo pro isn't pairing to the base station. No camera has paired to it

Both of my arlo cameras won't pair to my base station. I've repeatedly tried to using the instructions.

What's happening? When you hit the sync button on the base station, is the camera LED blinking green and the other 2 LEDs are solid green? When you briefly hit sync on the camera, does it flash a blue LED?

I have the same issue. They were not charged. Try charging them, then you should be able to sync
