Arlo pro cloud storage deletes on 7th day

I had 7 days of videos saved to the cloud. I understand that on the 8th day, the earliest day would be overwritten with the 8th day activity and so on. However all of my 7 days of cloud activity is gone. It started all over as day 1. Why is this happening?? Please help.

Try both the app and a browser. It may just be a display issue. Also, power cycle the base.

Powered cycle the base and tried from both my app and browser, and it did not correct the issue. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

The only other thing you can try is to verify that the filter isn't set in the library tab.  The filter (funnel icon) should be empty, not green.

 

If that doesn't help, opena a case with support.
