Arlo pro charger not working

Charger is nolonger charging...only had about 7 months

Open a case with support for a replacement.  You can also use a quality charger that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge - 5v and 9v at 1.5 amps or higher.  Newer Samsung phones, among others, use this.

Do you have more than one camera that will not charge? Are you using both the AC adapter and charging cable that came with your Arlo Pro when attempting to charge the camera?

Yes i am using the original charger and i have two cameras ....neither of them will charge

I have also attempted to use another charger but the way the port is made no other charger will fit
