Arlo pro cannot show video in library

Don't know why but just since today I cannot see the video from library, or from an email or Arlo App notification.

I cannot see the video on Arlo App or browser from my PC/laptop. All not working.

The authorized user cannot see the video too.

I can see live streaming.

I re-started my Arlo base station but no use.

Is there any issue on Arlo streaming server? Or somewhere else?

Have you tired to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add it?

I don't know why but it works yesterday. I did not change anything after I posted this issue but it seems working fine since yesterday. I don't think that's the app or my setup issue since all other functions worked well, and just could not see video snapshot (in library) and streaming the recorded video on both app and web browser. Live streaming worked well.
