Arlo pro can't find camera.

I've recently purchased a four camera system and an additional camera, I am on the basic subscription but will upgrade when the three months trial is over. The setup was straightforward, and I'm receiving pictures from all five cameras but one camera is not showing on the 'Armed' screen and is not recording but it is shown as connected. I've tried all of the menus but still can't see how to control the record function.

1) No need to change plans for 5 cameras.  The 3 month thing has nothing to do with this.  You can remain on the free plan forever.

 

2) If the camera shows in Settings, My Devices, remove it and resync it.  Also check the firmware version compared to your other cameras as well as what's listed in the Release Notes section here.  Check your base, too.
