Arlo pro cameras stopped recording

Hi, three days ago my cameras stopped recording. I can put them on live mode and they work. I can also adjust sensor sensitivity on cameras and by looking at the LEDs, its seems they work. The three lights on the base are green as well. I also checked on the app, and all my cameras are on mode "armed". Any ideas what could be happening?

Try toggling the mode to "disarmed" and back to "armed", and then reboot the base station again. Do you still experience no motion detection?

EIET,

 

Try rebooting your base station and then test by manually recording within a live stream on the camera. Does the recording arrive in the library?

Hi James,

I just tried that and it worked. The video made it to the library. However, the cameras are still not detecting motion to trigger a recording. I checked "Mode" and they are all armed.
