Arlo pro camera not charging

How to solve and fix battery issue. This is ongoing issue. When I remove battery and keep it connected to power, no issue and when I insert battery I see charging fault ?

 

Why I am seeing this issue. I have tried all possible suggested solutions from community. Is there any way to debug this issue ? I see many users have reported this issue and none have confirmed if its solved for them ? Is any one pay attention to customer issues and work actively to solve them ?

Maybe it's a bad battery? Swap with another camera to be sure. Open a case with support here for a possible RMA.
