I've plugged in my camera to charge, it shows the charging symbol, but the percentage doesn't change. I've tried opening the camera, taking the battery out and putting it back in and nothing happens

Hi James! Thanks for replying, I tried switching the batteries in so my cameras and it seems that the battery is the problem. I contacted customer support and they are sending a new battery. Thank you for your help!

Are you you using the charging cable and adapter that came with your Arlo Pro kit?
Do you have more than one camera? Do the others charge using the Arlo charging cable and adapter?
If so, try putting the battery in a different camera and see if it will charge to further isolate the issue.
