Arlo pro base station possible to repair or need to purchase a new one?

The siren on my Arlo Pro base station has low decible seems to have shorted out is it possible to have it repaired or do I need to purchase a new base station.

Base station is 2+ years old

Buy a new one or don't use the siren. Be sure the volume is turned up in your modes.

Arlo tech support is non existent
They are incompetent in both problem solving and the English language
