Arlo pro- base station does not work

I bought my Arlo Pro base station with four cameras a couple of weeks ago. all was good. Suddenly I found the station is off and I am not able to get the power back into the station. I'm not able to see any light appearing in the on/off. the power chord is connected and I tried different power sources and I still can't get the power on. Any idea?

Either a bad power supply or base. Swap at the store or open a case with support here.
