My account is linked to an old email and phone I no longer use or have access to. How can recover it?

You can log in using the new device and the same Arlo account. You will then be prompted to authenticate the new device before you can finish logging in. Take a look here for more information on two-step verification: What is two-step verification and how do I set it up? You can choose to authenticate via SMS, email or another trusted device.

The listed email and trusted phones are no longer in use. Is there another way since I can’t speak to support? Why is the support channel so difficult

It doesn’t give me that option.

Once I log into the app it doesn’t ask me to authenticate a new device it only lists the previous trusted devices and from there I can’t go to any other screen.

ZM01,

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?
