Hi there. My camera's have worked great so far, however the only complaint I have is that I cannot see the faces of people at my front door. The camera is mounted on the soffit above the front door and obvioiusly I can lower it to the level that fits my needs, but at the risk of someone stealing the camera. I've read about mounting indoors, but with limitations to functionality. Any suggestions aside from purchasing a video doorbell from another manufacturer? Thanks!

A screenshot of the camera view may be useful for suggestions.
Mine is also under a soffit (the lower "roof" on a Dutch colonial) and generally would get faces. I've attached a screenshot.

That's great, I love the height that you have it mounted at. I'll try to get an image, but i'm essentially seeing the top of the subjects head on sharp angle, so I get some of the facial structure if i'm lucky. I don't have a garage that runs parralel to my front door or any other area parallel to my front door where i can mount the camera.
