Arlo has 2 emails on my account and it causes one of my devices to not work?

Can not hook up my ipad because they have it under and old email. I can cameras on my iphone becausd it has my correct email for Arlo. Have tried manually to put correct email on ipad to view cameras but it gives old email. 
When I try to put my correct email on ipad it says wrong email and does not 

let me change.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?

I never had an issue with my arlo cameras until you guys apparently changed my email account.

After talking to one of your person My email was changed apparently to my personal email. Since I have not been able to connect my base stations or cameras. Please put back my arlo account. Thank you, Carl
