Arlo forced me out of legacy and offers no live agent support to rectify.

I updated my Arlo app. It automatically enrolled me in a 7-day trial without my consent. I did not have any chance to go back and see what this trial meant. My wife is undergoing breast cancer radiation and I was busy with it. Now I do not have access to 7 days of stored videos that I had with legacy plan and old cameras. I tried to contact support but the virtual agent keeps telling me I'm not entitled to support. 

Arlo really took advantage of me being busy with no wife's breast cancer and now I have no recourse. Is there anything I can do to get my legacy plan back?

Even though you were migrated to the new "Feed" interface, you should still have the 7-day free storage for your cameras.

 

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so they can offer some advice on how to get that feature back.

 

Arlo won't migrate you back to the older "Library" interface - they are wanting to drop that interface, and will be (eventually) shifting everyone to "Feed".
