Arlo camera is not recording

I've had arlo cameras for several years now. at one point my camera was recording when motion was detected just fine. Recently it stopped recording when motion was detected.  I also saw this message within my arlo account, "Camera positioning and Motion Detection Test disabled due to other activities happening from this camera currently."  What other "activities" would cause motion detection and camera positioning to become disabled?  At this time I don't have a subscription, and up until recently, my cameras were recording when motion was picked up without issue.  I've tried adjusting the power management settings but this didn't work. How do I get it to record again when motion is detected?  Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Try restarting the base station.  If that doesn't help, reboot the camera by removing the battery, waiting several seconds, and then reinserting it.
