My english is not great, but I´ll try. My Arlo base station seemed to be burned. Not sure what version is, I bought it about 3 years ago and it was fine until now. I suspect that a lightning might have something to do but not sure. I used other compatible chargers, check the ON/OFF button, several electrical outlets to no avail. Is simply just dead. I have 4 cams and don't know what to do. I live in Colombia. Thanks for any help and suggestion you can provide.

It's possible that it's the power supply and not the base itself. You may be able to purchase a "universal" power supply and use the directions that come with it to configure the voltage output and connector to match what is shown on the Arlo/Netgear supply. To save some time, use a voltmeter to check the voltage from the original power supply to verify that it's providing approximately what the specifications on the supply shows (it won't be exact).

If the power supply isn't the problem, you'll have to buy a new base. That means you will have to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh, just like when you first purchased the system. Be sure to write down all settings, modes, rules, schedule, etc. before removing the system so you can speed up the rebuilding process.
