Arlo account will not let me add a 5th camera without subscription upgrade

Purchased a new Arlo Pro camera to add to my system and it sync just fine but app and online will not let me activate it witout a paid subscription upgrade.  But we are allowed 5 devises and I currently have four......What is wrong?   Thanks


Just their wonderful quality assurance team hard at work.  There is a mystery, "phantom", camera being identified in every customer's device inventory.  I've seen it numerous times in my settings.  There is a link to expand to see "1 additional camera", but when you expand there is NO camera.  It seems Arlo rolled out an update that makes it think every customers' camera inventory is +1, even though it isn't.  So, while you have 4 cameras their highly untested web interface thinks you have 5 already.

Good luck getting support to acknowledge the issue.

That's interesting - I've never seen that. A system reset should clear that - if not, report back with screenshots.
