Arlo Wireless Camera - everything connected, worked for ages, now nothing working

About to go away and checked camera, it's not working. I've rebooted, resynched, router fine, base station fine, internet working, camera batteries fine, camer resynched, device removed and reset, the works. All lights are working, synch worked fine, camera responding to movement, but no device is showing up anywhere, no notifications - now NO security. Also no live chat support available.

What color are the LEDs on your base station? What do you mean when you say no devices are showing up anywhere, but the camera is responding to movement. What is indicating the camera is responding to movement?
