Help! After using Arlo system for the last year I've recently added a Pro to my system. I have 5 standard cameras and the pro which unfortunately keeps disconnecting from the system and saying offline, I'm lucky if it stays connected for more than a few hours.
I can't see any update warnings on the app.
Have I a faulty unit?
Please help!

What happens when you reconnect?  What are the battery and WiFi indicators showing? How do you reconnect - resync or reinsert the battery?

To reconnect I've had to remove battery.

battery has been on charge all night with solid blue light indicating full charge.

after re-syncing camera works good for an our or so and then disconnects again.?

Whaat about the WiFi indicator?  Full strength?  If so, I suspect you either need to open a case with support or swap at the store.

Possible it is battery drop out?

Try and run the camera with just the cable and adapter ( no battery ) and verify that it really is the camera
