I use an iphone Xs to view and download clips from my camera library. 

When trying to download a video from my Arlo camera library I get the following message:

"The operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error -1.)"

Does anyone know what this means and how to correct the problem?

What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using? Are you running IOS 12.1.2? Have you tried to remove & re install the app?
