What color is the Internet LED? Off means bad port or cable. Amber means it's connected to the router but not the servers.

Arlo cameras need to connect to a remote server (the cloud). Since your LED is amber, something in your router settings or the ISP connection is blocking access.  WHo owns your router - you or the ISP?  If the ISP owns it, you'll need to contact them to ensure that ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.netgear.com are open.  If the router is yours, try turning it off and back on. Worst case, you may need to reset the router to the factory configuration.
