My two step verification login is not working when I suggest a verification I don’t get the push notification to my cell phone nor my email. I have contacted support but both times they tell me I need to change my trusted devices but I’m unable to login. I even have a subscription to Arlo which I cannot cancel because I can’t login

Can you use the web client to do this? Try the email substitute for SMS messages.

Issue has not been resolved after many attempts contacting CS via chat. Very Dissappoing. I have tried everything.

If you’re using the web browser choose the email option for verification after login, then check the spam folder of your email account.
